I started Mighty Girls because I strongly believe that all girls & young women deserve to feel safe, heard and included.

I lead the MG team — co-designing and delivering impactful programmes that empower young people and champion belonging & inclusion.

I have over 20 years experience - as a Teacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Family Support Worker. This together with my passion for the work motivate me to advocate for all of our girls.
