Being Mighty - Primary Workshop is a creative and empowering day for girls that explores identity, self-esteem & healthy relationships. Designed to help girls socially prepare for secondary school.
THE MISSION:
The workshop combines age appropriate, meaningful conversations with hands-on creative activities, leaving girls feeling more confident, connected and equipped to speak up, support others and make positive choices.
Through discussion & art activities participants:
Build self-esteem and recognise their strengths and values.
Challenge gender stereotypes and media influences.
Explore healthy friendships, boundaries and respect.
Learn how to recognise and respond to harassment and online pressures.
Design and create artistic outcomes as part of the day.
