-
KARIN CHALMERS - PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR & CHAIR OF THE BOARD
I have worked in broadcasting management, TV development and content production at the BBC and within the independent sector for the last 25 years.
I have been fortunate to work with some amazing women in that time. I want to help Mighty Girls become the next generation of amazing women. I advise on partnership and fundraising strategy.
-
GORSE BURRETT - DIRECTOR (PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT)
I'm passionate about supporting and developing young people. My background is in people development, HR and coaching.
I feel very lucky to be a board member. I take a keen interest in what is going on and am responsible for ensuring that we are successful and deliver against our commitments.
Outside of work I enjoy swimming, yoga and spending time with friends and family. My husband and I live in Chippenham with our two children and I am also a step-mum to two.
-
MARGARITA DONKOH LOCKNER - YOUTH ADVISOR
I have always been passionate about supporting and empowering young women with their greatest achievements. Through working with the Steering Group I want to create a safe space for girls to express their feelings without judgment.
I am currently an Engineering student at Bath University.

Alice advises the board on Finance strategy.
-
