Mighty Girls Impact Report 25/26
Our 2025/26 Impact Report Is Here
Today, we're proud to share our 2025/26 Impact Report, showcasing the difference we've made together over the last year.
Through workshops, clubs, leadership opportunities, school programmes and community partnerships, Mighty Girls supported 843 girls and young women across Wiltshire and Bath, achieving an average participant satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5, with 98% saying they would recommend a Mighty Girls workshops & activities to others.
This year we:
Supported 843 participants through our programmes and activities.
Delivered our Positive Relationships programme, with 95% of participants (all genders) reporting increased understanding of positive relationships.
Welcomed over 70 girls to our weekly and holiday clubs.
Continued a four-year partnership with the University of Bath V Code programme, helping inspire more than 60 girls to explore STEM pathways.
Supported over 20 youth organisations through our Tackling Sexism in Youth Settings training.
Behind every statistic is a real story. A girl who found her voice. A young person who learned how to recognise healthy relationships. A boy who gained a better understanding of how sexism affects the girls around him. A student who discovered a new confidence in herself and her future.
We're particularly proud of strengthening our partnerships this year, including our work with Acorn Education Trust, Boyz2Men and schools across the region, helping us create safer, more equitable environments where girls can thrive.
None of this would be possible without the support of our funders, volunteers, schools, partners and supporters. Thank you for helping us create opportunities for girls and young women to be confident, connected and heard.
Together, we're building a future where every girl feels valued, safe and ready to thrive.
