Positive Relationships Video

We are delighted to share our new video for The Positive Relationships Project, a programme funded by The National Lottery Community Foundation* that supports schools to challenge sexism, build empathy, and create cultures of respect.

Across the UK, schools are grappling with the impact of sexist language, harmful gender stereotypes, online influences, and unhealthy relationship behaviours. Young people are telling us they want safe spaces to talk openly about these issues, understand different perspectives, and learn how to build positive, respectful relationships.

Our Positive Relationships Project brings girls and boys together through a carefully designed programme of workshops that explores:

  • Gender stereotypes and their impact

  • Respect, boundaries and consent

  • Healthy friendships and relationships

  • Empathy and understanding different experiences

  • Challenging sexism and harmful attitudes

  • Creating positive change within school communities

The project is practical, engaging and age-appropriate, helping students develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to contribute to safer and more inclusive school environments.

Our new video captures the spirit of the programme and the powerful conversations that emerge when young people are given the opportunity to learn, reflect and grow together.

Ready to bring the programme to your school or youth setting?

If you're a Headteacher, DSL, PSHE Lead, RSE Lead or other school leader looking to address sexism, strengthen your relationships and behaviour curriculum, and support a positive school culture, we'd love to hear from you.
